Ugo Chime, during the commissioning / dedication ceremony of the Elim Housing Estate, Ibagwa-Nike, Enugu State Friday

Chime further stated that despite all challenges, COPEN Group has commissioned three Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria, FMBN, funded estates with 405 housing units in Enugu State alone.
